Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Meow Dyer Cat Cafe, every reservation helps support the daily care of our resident and adoptable cats. Because seating is limited and reservations prevent others from booking those time slots, we ask that guests review our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Lounge Reservations

Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund or account credit.
Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled reservation ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund or credit.
If you arrive late, your reservation will still end at its originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other guests.

Special Events

Special event tickets (including movie nights, bingo, coloring events, workshops, and other ticketed experiences) are subject to the following policy:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event are eligible for a full refund or account credit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
If a sold-out event has a waiting list or we are able to resell your ticket(s), Meow Dyer Cat Cafe may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit after the ticket(s) have been successfully resold.
Tickets may not be transferred to another event date unless approved by management.

If We Cancel

If Meow Dyer Cat Cafe cancels an event or reservation due to weather, staffing, cat welfare, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either:

A full refund, or
The option to transfer their reservation to another available date or event.

Weather

Reservations are generally not refunded due to inclement weather unless Meow Dyer Cat Cafe closes or cancels the event. Guests who feel it is unsafe to travel should contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible, but accommodations are not guaranteed.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. Requests made due to illness, family emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Meow Dyer Cat Cafe and do not establish a precedent for future reservations.

If you need to cancel or have questions about your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier we know, the better our chances of offering your reservation to another guest.
